I had a great experience at Drive 512 Auto Ranch! From the moment I arrived, everyone was very helpful and informative. Tomas especially went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make the process smooth. They have a great variety of vehicles in excellent condition, which made it easy to find the right fit for me. I ended up getting a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, and it runs amazingly well — exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re looking for a reliable car and friendly, professional service, I definitely recommend checking out Drive 512 Auto Ranch. Big thanks again to Tomas for all the help!

This is the most popular place to go to. The people places you as someone they want to feel important. They work with, explain all options to placing you with an ideal car. This is one place I would tell anyone too get the ideal vehicle from.

Great Customer Service... I get so nervous going to places and the guy Tommy explained everything to me step by step gave me options worked with me felt so much better and left with a car... OMG ... Thank you so much

Man Tommy was AWESOME !! This was my first time ever purchasing from a lot of & he made the process so easy. I looked up affordable car lots near me and called Drive 512 , explained my situation and he told me to come on in. I arrived and he was with a client but his secretary was very nice to us while we waited. I was shown what I was approved for even got to take a car on a test ride. Once I got insurance and made my down payment I was able to drive off same day. Tommy is awesome and I do recommend yall go check him out hands down best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Thank you so much

I don’t even know where to begin. I was at the end of my rope — no transportation, no options, and a horrible experience with a previous dealership that left me completely distrusting of used car lots. After a week full of setbacks, I found myself sitting in my office in tears, feeling hopeless. Out of desperation, I Googled used car lots in Austin, and this place was the first to pop up. I called — unsure of what I was even hoping for — and started asking a few questions. Mid-call, I broke down crying. That’s when I met Tommy, the owner. Without hesitation, Tommy told me to come in and assured me he’d wait. I had no idea how I was even going to get there, but I promised I’d find a way. I walked into his office thinking there was no way I was going to leave with a car — not with my credit, not with my luck. But from the very first moment, Tommy showed me what genuine, human kindness looks like. He promised I would leave with something — and he meant it. I told him all I needed was a car that would be safe for my kids and had cold AC (because, well, Texas), and he truly listened. He walked me through every single step, explained everything clearly, and even drew a diagram to help me understand better. Not once did he make me feel judged or like I was a burden. Even though I kept apologizing for how late I was keeping him, he just kept saying, “Don’t sweat it.” Tommy didn’t treat me like a sale. He treated me like a person. A person who was struggling and needed someone to simply care — and he did. He didn’t rush me. He didn’t pressure me. He didn’t try to “sell” me. He gave me time, patience, encouragement, and hope. I told him, “Beggars can’t be choosers,” and I meant it — but somehow, he still managed to put me in something that fit exactly what I needed. Tommy had more of an impact on me than he’ll ever know. In a world full of shady dealerships and people just trying to make a quick buck, Tommy is the real deal. Honest, kind, genuine — the type of person you hope you meet in life but rarely do. He took a chance on me when no one else would. And in doing that, he helped me take a small step toward rebuilding not just my life, but my faith in people. Thank you, Tommy — for the car, for the conversation, and for treating me like a person who matters. I’ll never forget it

10 out of 10 recommend!! Very helpful, very thorough, very informative, and Brian took time to actually explain all the paperwork I was signing, broke down my fees and what I was paying for, and I was able to successfully get into an amazing car. They worked with me to be able to work with them and it all was such a great and stress free experience. I appreciate the honesty throughout the staff here. I really do. Unlike most of my experiences, I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or like they just wanted my money and to get in and out of there as quickly as possible. If you’re looking for a used car, great condition, reliable, second chance type place, Drive 512 Auto Ranch is definitely THE BEST!!! Hands down!!
